How many Americans are doing what online

Have an idea for an online business?

Pew Internet & American Life Project continually monitors the activities of our fellow citizens online. This is a good place to start if you want to know how big the audience is for your particular product or service.

You should also get an idea about the efficiency of various forms of social marketing.

75% of American adults use the internet. Listed below are the activities and the percent of internet users who reported engaged in that online activity:
